The full‐time role
Snooze Canberra is looking for a motivational and dynamic Store Manager who is sales‐driven, goal‐oriented and able to develop your team. You must be passionate about sales with winning behaviours to join our amazing team.
In this role, you can expect to be working a rotating roster, that includes weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
What you'll be doing
* Working harmoniously leading a small team, supervising and coaching team members
* Collaborating with your team in the day‐to‐day store operations
* Delivering an awesome customer experience
* Ongoing training will be provided
Sales experience is essential along with a positive memory for information and a superb attitude, we can teach you the rest.
You will have
* Minimum 2 years of experience
* Some experience in managing a small team
* Retail experience in selling big‐ticket items is preferred, but not essential
* Exceptionally high standards of customer service
* Leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all team members
* Adept with computer skills (experience with Pronto an advantage)
* The motivation to coach and inspire your team to reach their personal best
* Effective communication skills, written and verbal
* The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
