We are looking for a motivated and mechanically minded individual to join our Clayton South Service Centre as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter. This role involves hands‐on work, customer service and earning a nationally recognised Certificate III in Automotive Glazing.
Responsibilities
* Undertake the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Auto Technician Skills Development Program.
* Learn to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards.
* Perform ADAS windscreen re‐calibrations.
* Carry out glass chip repairs.
* Deliver exceptional customer service in a skilled and timely manner.
* Represent the O'Brien brand with pride and reliability.
Qualifications
* Experience in the Automotive Industry (highly regarded).
* Manual driver's licence (highly regarded).
* Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools.
* Solid work ethic and desire for a long‐term career.
* Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting company products.
* Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
* Robust organisational and time‐management skills.
* Ability to stay focused and deliver results under pressure.
