Key Responsibilities
* Lead annual renewals of personnel and commercial insurance policies across various Asia Pacific countries
* Manage and coordinate all insurance claims
* Provide strategic advice to ensure compliance across all departments and projects
* Maintain strong relationships with brokers and external partners
* Support budget planning and compliance across the region
* Ensure all insurance-related activities align with internal standards and industry best practices
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in insurance or risk management within the oil & gas, marine, or offshore industry
* Tertiary qualifications in Legal Studies, Finance, Risk Management, or related fields
* Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific regulatory environment and operational offshore activities
* Confident in taking ownership of insurance portfolios and driving compliance
* A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
