Work with the agency to develop and implement marketing campaigns across paid, owned and partner channels that increase key brand metrics and attract customers. Ensure that the voice of our consumers is heard, listened to and reflected in these campaigns. Regularly review performance of marketing campaigns and make data-informed optimisations to improve performance. Maintain accurate records of all marketing activity and results. Work with the Head of Brand and Marketing to develop a reporting and attribution framework. Maintain the reporting and attribution framework. Work with our web developers to deliver best in class UX that generates leads and engagement. Be a brand custodian – own and understand the refreshed brand strategy, identity and TOV. Give feedback and direction to suppliers and colleagues in line with the strategy. Manage workflow, internal approvals process and deadlines for new brand touchpoints ensuring they are fit for purpose and tailored to the audience. Brief, review and manage approvals for work from creative, website, copywriting, SEO and graphic design agency. Manage expo calendar and staffing. Oversee brand health tracking. Requirements: 7 years relevant experience in marketing with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role. Experience in a fast-paced B2C environment Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality, customer-centric marketing that generates leads and increases key brand metrics. Strong experience in data analytics and data-led decision making. Proven project management skills, with a knack for juggling multiple workstreams and stakeholders. Deep understanding of customer behavior and branding best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
