We are working with an established residential builder with a strong presence across regional NSW - having almost 50 years experience in the industry. They are now looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team.
This is a hands on role with minimal office time. The role will involve client handovers, coordinating maintenance across multiple homes and staying on top of admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake day to day maintenance tasks across residential properties
* Prepare homes for settlements and client walkthroughs, ensuring homes are ready on schedule
* Prioritise and schedule maintenance work around settlement timelines and home readiness
* Complete administrative duties via laptop, both on the road and from home
* Occasional time in the office as required
Requirements / Skills
* Experience in maintenance or property services preferred
* Strong organisational skills to coordinate tasks across multiple locations
* Comfortable working independently and travelling around the region (Dubbo, covering wider regions including Forbes, Parkes, Orange and Bathurst)
* Proficient with laptops and digital scheduling/administration tools
