Job Title:

The NSW Government is seeking a professional to work in a hybrid WFH environment, delivering high-quality customer service and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess customer eligibility for government support and work with energy retailers to assist customers.
* Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers, particularly those who are vulnerable or stressed.
* Deliver high-quality customer service and meet KPIs.

* Effective and timely communication skills.
* A proactive and can-do attitude.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Integrity and empathy.
* Excellent phone manner.
