Territory Sales Manager Role
We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to manage our retail Impulse customers in Port Macquarie and surrounding areas up to Tamworth region in NSW.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with customers within the Impulse and Convenience channel, conducting face-to-face meetings to understand their needs and present product offerings.
• Collaborate with wholesalers and internal customer teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
• Manage a casual merchandiser within your territory, continuously monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Delivering cycle priority KPI's through cutting in new lines, driving distribution, trade standards and display building.
Regional Travel Requirements
The Territory Sales Manager role requires consistent monthly travel within your defined territory, approximately 5 nights away from home each month. You will be expected to plan and manage your travel schedule efficiently to maximize productivity and meet sales targets.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
• Sales and/or FMCG experience preferred, specifically in the Impulse channel and/or Supermarkets including store or department management.
• Basic Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and PowerBi skills.
• Outgoing, approachable and passionate about sales, able to manage the territory as if it's your own business across various Impulse and Convenience customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
