My client, a progressive forward-thinking accounting firm, is seeking an experienced book-keeper to support the Accounting team.
It's essential that you have solid experience of working in an accounting firm to hit the ground running as this is a busy and diverse role.

As a bookkeeper you will manage a wide range of bookkeeping tasks supporting the internal accountants.
The role
Monthly Xero fee invoicing
Assisting with preparation of OSA, FDS and fee consent forms
Accounts payable: entering bills and reconciling with statements
Bank reconciliation for payments
Updating XPM Client Export Code
Assisting with payroll
Assisting end-of-month reconciliation of accounts and reports
Some client bookkeeping
The successful candidate will have
Prior bookkeeping experience – 2 years minimum
Proficiency with XERO and other relevant software
High attention to detail and accuracy
