What you’ll do
- Deliver high quality clinical care to residents of our 124 bed aged care facility in Kiama.
- Conduct and analyse assessments to determine care needs.
- Formulate and update person centred care plans aligned to residents’ needs and wishes.
- Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that accurately reflect the care delivered.
- Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Choice of casual or part time work; morning and afternoon shifts available across all days.

About you
- Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration.
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally within aged care.
- Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain).
- Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered).
