This is an exciting, full-time, site-based role where you'll manage a wide range of facilities services, supporting the Facilities Manager in overseeing our property portfolio. As the primary contact for coordinating all hard and soft Facility Management services, you'll collaborate with third-party contractors to ensure smooth service delivery while adhering to health & safety regulations and legal requirements.
You will be involved in daily operations, maintaining our buildings to high standards, handling facilities-related queries, and taking on minor project management tasks to drive projects from start to finish.
A key part of your role will be supporting Health and Safety initiatives, contributing to global policy implementation, and helping track important programs like ESG and Health & Safety.
Join our dynamic Facilities team, managing property, facilities, and health & safety across all UCI premises, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of colleagues, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Primary Site Contact: Coordinate all site-related matters, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.
2. Liaison with Business Occupiers: Work closely with business occupants, meeting their needs and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
3. Contractor, Consultant, and Landlord Management: Oversee relationships, manage agreements, and monitor performance.
4. Day-to-Day Building Operations: Resolve building issues promptly and ensure top condition of facilities.
5. Project Delivery: Lead projects, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with business needs.
6. Inspections & Risk Assessments: Conduct inspections, ensure compliance, and identify improvements.
7. Health & Safety Coordination: Oversee policies, updates, and implementation across premises.
8. Emergency Procedures & Training: Manage evacuation plans, policies, and staff training.
9. Resource & Service Procurement: Procure resources and services cost-effectively.
10. Business Continuity Review: Update plans to minimize disruptions.
11. General Coordination: Handle various operational tasks for smooth functioning.
12. Security System Management: Oversee security systems, access cards, CCTV, hardware, and compile data for audits.

Essential:
* Relevant tertiary education in Finance or related discipline
* Member of relevant industry association(s)
