Your new role
As a Procurement Officer, you will provide high‑volume administrative and coordination support to the Labour Hire Procurement Team. Key responsibilities include:
* Provide critical support across a large contractor workforce
* Manage high volumes of administrative tasks
* Coordinate procurement activities
* Enable efficient cross‑platform operational delivery
What you'll need to succeed
* Security Clearance (essential)
* Previous Federal Government experience in procurement or finance
* Strong coordination and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a high‑volume, time‑sensitive environment
* Experience working with shared mailboxes and workflow management
* Advanced digital literacy, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and other collaboration tools
* Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with Whole‑of‑Government panels will be highly regarded
