Medical Recruitment Specialist Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage their own medical recruitment desk, working closely with established clients and a large database of candidates.
About the Job
* Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical recruitment, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of existing clients and develop new business relationships.
* Source, shortlist and present high-quality candidates to clients.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and requirements.
* Work closely with senior members of staff to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
* Bachelor or higher degree in a related field, or at least 5 years of experience in place of formal qualifications.
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in the medical sector is essential.
* Prior experience working in a Medical Institution or Educational Organisation.
* Must have Level 5 QQI Award - Office Administration in Legal & Medical Studies.
* Exceptional communication, organisational and verbal skills.
