Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lawyer. The Lawyer will manage a diverse caseload, provide legal advice and guidance across various practice areas, draft legal documents, and represent clients in dispute resolution and litigation processes. Additional responsibilities include conducting legal research, reviewing contracts, negotiating settlements, and maintaining compliance with all legal regulations. Collaboration with clients and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes will be a key focus of this role.
Qualifications
* Strong legal knowledge in business law, commercial law, property law (leases), conveyancing, wills, estate planning, family law, and criminal law
* Proven experience in dispute resolution, litigation, and contract negotiation
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including legal drafting and client interaction
* Strong research and analytical skills to address complex legal issues and provide sound advice
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
* Proficiency in legal research tools and familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations
* Admission as a legal practitioner and in possession of a valid practicing certificate
* Demonstrated ability to work remotely and independently in a flexible and collaborative environment
