Our current Clinical Nurse Manager has secured an opportunity as a facility Manager elsewhere and is going with our full support and blessing. She is leaving our clinical department in outstanding condition ready for the next stand out Nurse to take the lead.

Position Overview:
The Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) is responsible and accountable for overseeing all clinical and care services, collaborating with the General Manager and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality, best practice person centered care for our 90 residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership to clinical and care staff to ensure delivery of person-centered care
* Review residents' assessments prior to requests for AN-ACC re-classifications
* Assist and supervise completion of Mandatory Quality Indicator Data
* Analysis of monthly clinical KPI data, review and investigation of clinical incidents and clinical complaints
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accreditation standards
* Oversee and confirm all care plans, restraint, dignity of risk, psychotropic medications and other relevant forms and approvals are up to date
* Be part on an on call roster
* Maintain the master roster for the Nursing team
* Ordering and maintain a budget for clinical supplies

About You:
* Satisfactorily pass all relevant Key Personnel checks including bankruptcy and police clearance and hold a current AHPRA registration
* Minimum of three years RN aged care experience
* Demonstrated and comprehensive knowledge of continuous improvement, accreditation requirements, strengthened quality standards and AN-ACC funding requirements
* Experience with clinical problem solving, resolving complaints and a commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-focused care
* Demonstrated aptitude in leadership with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Familiarity or experience in performance management processes
* Willingness to be included in the on call roster
