The Opportunity
This is a key support role within the Cecure team, working closely with Project Managers to assist in the delivery of complex construction projects ranging from $2M to $30M+. Reporting into the Project Manager, you'll be involved across the full project lifecycle — from pre-construction planning and design coordination through to delivery and handover — helping ensure projects run smoothly, on time and within budget.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll support the day-to-day coordination of projects, assisting with programme tracking, document control and procurement activities. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors, you'll help maintain accurate project records, track variations, and ensure key milestones are met.
You'll also play a role in liaising with clients, consultants and internal teams, helping to keep communication flowing and projects aligned. From supporting contract administration processes to assisting with WHS documentation and quality assurance, you'll gain exposure across all aspects of project delivery.
What We're Looking For
You'll bring 1–3 years' experience in a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator role within construction, with a strong interest in developing your career in project management. A relevant qualification in Construction, Architecture or a related discipline is preferred.
You'll be organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach are key, along with a willingness to learn and take ownership of your work.
* 1–3 years' experience in a Project Coordinator, CA or similar role within construction
* Tertiary qualification in Construction, Architecture or related field (or working towards)
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (desirable)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to Procore or similar systems advantageous
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused mindset
