Job Details
* Base salary $113,100.00 plus allowances and superannuation
* District allowance (subject to policy) $3,000 for singles & $6,000 for families
* Housing allowance of $13,000.00 p/a paid in addition to salary every pay period
* Leave loading 17.5% on annual leave (when taken) amounting to $1,522
* Electricity allowance paid over summer (10 pay periods) of $1,000 p/a
* Annual airfares after 12 months of continuous service of $1,000 p/a
* Total gross amount: $132,678.00 (singles) & $135,733 (families)

Responsibilities
* Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and care to patients within the Nurse Practitioner scope of practice.
* Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure multidisciplinary patient‑centred care.
* Lead the development and implementation of Clinical Practice Guidelines.
* Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
* Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and medical record management.
Selection Criteria
* Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Nurse Practitioner.
* Postgraduate qualification: Master of Nurse Practitioner.
* Extensive experience in primary care nursing with advanced clinical assessment and problem‑solving skills.
* Demonstrated understanding and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
* A commitment to quality improvement and evidence‑based practice.
* Must have full working rights for Australia (Permanent Resident, Citizen of Australia/New Zealand, or valid visa with no restrictions).
