YOUR ROLE
Reporting to an industry‑leading famous expert strata law Partner with an impressive track record, you will relish the challenge and mentorship in providing top quality innovative advice to high‑end clients in the strata/community title industry (body corporates, community schemes, owners corporations/unit holders) including:
* Property/ construction litigation: appearances in various specialist tribunals (eg NCAT) and courts and attending mediations;
* Drafting/advice regarding by‑laws, building defects, strata/community management agreements, building management/caretaker agreements, company constitutions, easements, leases/ licences.
This role is primarily litigation focused.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* Are an admitted lawyer in NSW with minimum 2 years’ (or more) post‑admission experience;
* Are either a litigation lawyer (with experience litigating commercial/property/strata and/or construction disputes) and/or a transactional/advisory property lawyer (with experience in property sales/acquisitions/leasing/strata);
* Have had some exposure to strata issues and/or acted for strata industry clients (preferable, not essential);
* Are hungry for a unique opportunity to kick‑start and fast‑track a refreshing career in strata law working with the best of the best industry leaders;
