About the role:
As the Internal Communications Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of a clear, engaging internal communications strategy that brings our people, culture and priorities together. You'll play a key role in keeping employees informed, connected and inspired, ensuring communications are aligned to MVF's Mission, Principles and People & Culture strategy.
In this role, success means creating meaningful communication experiences that boost engagement, strengthen organisational culture and build alignment across the Group, helping our people feel informed, included and connected to what matters most.
Reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading the development and ongoing evolution of a company‑wide internal communications strategy aligned to People & Culture priorities, organisational strategy, EVP and brand.
* Establishing clear communication foundations, including content pillars, messaging frameworks, channel mix and cadence, to deliver a consistent and engaging employee experience.
* Delivering compelling internal communications across organisational updates, people initiatives, leadership messaging and enterprise‑wide campaigns.
* Owning communication across key employee lifecycle moments, ensuring people feel informed, supported and connected from onboarding through to recognition and wellbeing initiatives.
* Enhancing the effectiveness, reach and impact of internal communication channels, including digital platforms, intranet, townhalls, events and face‑to‑face engagement.
* Partnering with the People & Culture Team to plan and deliver key engagement moments, culture initiatives and organisation‑wide events that strengthen connection and alignment.
* Partnering closely with the CEO, CPO and senior leaders to enable confident, clear and consistent leadership communication across the organisation.
Ideally you will bring the role:
We're looking for someone who combines strong communication expertise with creativity, curiosity and the ability to influence at a senior level. Ideally you will bring the following:
* A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for clarity and tone.
* Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
* Confidence influencing senior leaders and navigating complex organisational environments.
* A creative, proactive mindset with the ability to think innovatively and take initiative.
* Strong research and analytical capability to inform communication decisions and measure impact.
* Previous experience in internal communications or a similar role, ideally within a complex or people‑centric organisation.
