About The Role
Join National Tiles as a Sales Assistant based at our Invermay store, where you will provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through their projects and ensuring a welcoming and inspiring experience.
This is a casual position and must have availability on Sat
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers with genuine warmth, making them feel welcome and valued
* Contribute to a showroom experience that reflects the highest industry standards, with care in every detail
* Unpack and understand each customer’s project, guiding them through our full National Tiles product range
* Provide design advice and product recommendations tailored to their style and budget, while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell
* Manage the end-to-end process from design and quotes to delivery with care and accuracy
* Champion a safe workplace following our health and safety practices

* Quick to adapt, multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
