We are seeking a Talented Approvals Coordinator to join our team in Penrith, NSW. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our pre-approval planning process, responsible for pre-approval planning and organization of compulsory documents, liaising with clients during the approvals stage, working with certifiers and organizing other necessary consultants, and handing over projects to construction teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in approvals coordination, town planning, or a related field
- Drafting experience is a big plus
- Commercial approval experience is a bonus but not compulsory
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A self-driven attitude with a passion for achieving results
