As a Statutory Reporting Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting and statutory compliance. This role demands a keen understanding of statutory requirements within the mining sector and the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes.
**Duties include**:
- Prepare financial statements for multiple entities in accordance with statutory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead, collate and assist with the statutory reporting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for multiple entities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Stay on top of changes in accounting standards and statutory regulations relevant to the mining industry.
- Provide expertise in addressing ad-hoc compliance and reporting queries.
**Your Skills & Experience**:
- Proven end to end experience in statutory reporting across multiple entities, financial statements, and complex reporting.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the mining industry.
- Professional qualification - CA/CPA preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
