Support stocktake admin and reconciliation processes. Assist with onboarding, training, and induction. Manage Altar staff and escalate issues as needed. Step into Venue Manager role temporarily if required. Supervise venue setup, pack down, and cleanliness. Coordinate staff, security, and shift breaks. Liaise with food vendors, bands, and DJs. Ensure compliance with liquor licensing and OH&S policies. Handle incidents, mandatory reporting, and customer complaints. Work with the functions team to deliver events.
