* Perform cellar operations to support quality wine production under supervision
* Follow instructions and complete tasks once trained and competent
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in line with company procedures
* Use personal protective equipment and attend required training sessions
* Record operational data accurately in log sheets and notes
