You will champion clinical standards, develop your team, and work closely with multidisciplinary staff to ensure exceptional outcomes for patients and families. Key Responsibilities Lead daily unit operations and ensure efficient patient flow Manage staffing, rosters, performance, and team culture Oversee clinical governance, quality, safety, and risk management Drive evidence-based oncology practice and compliance with standards Lead audits, incident investigations, and improvement initiatives Mentor and develop a high-performing nursing team What You Bring Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Post-graduate oncology/haematology experience, or four years post-registration including leadership responsibilities Demonstrated nursing leadership experience Strong communication, problem-solving, and people leadership skills Commitment to safety, quality, and best practice oncology care Desirable: Radiation therapy experience, knowledge of eviQ/ADAC standards, membership with relevant professional bodies This company is open to look at sponsorship as well.
