Job Description
* Regular contact with customers, providing updates on the progress of their new home build
* Manage all project tasks including accuracy of project documentation from deposit to site start
* Complete administrative requirements associated with our colour selection process with a high level of accuracy
* Assisting with Lodging Building Approval applications with Building Certifiers as required
* Addressing and resolving any conditions or queries related to building approvals with relevant departments and/ or Certifiers/ Councils
* Lodgement of Covenant Approvals
* Complete any required administrative tasks to ensure the customers’ project progresses seamlessly
Skills and Experience:
* A minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role
* Demonstrated understanding of the residential building industry
* Ability to interpret and read construction plans
* Intermediate level in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
* Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, both verbal and written
* Customer-centric professional, with exceptional personal presentation
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines
* Disciplined self-starter and results-driven individual able to work autonomously with strong team collaboration skills
* Experience in NSW residential building an advantage but not a requirement.
