Why This Role is for You
We're on the lookout for a proactive, skilled Estimator/Supervisor to be part of our dynamic Victorian Team, based in or near North or West Melbourne. If you're ready to bring your building expertise to diverse and impactful projects, this role offers just that and more! You'll conduct site assessments, delve into damage causes, and provide top-notch scope of work reports that reflect your expertise. Beyond onsite visits, you'll also enjoy working from home to supervise projects, coordinate tradespeople, and keep projects organised.
Who We're Looking For
You're ideally based around the North or West Melbourne area and can commit to daily travel with occasional overnight stays. You come with a Carpentry trade background, along with solid experience in estimating (quoting), scoping, and reporting for varied construction projects. You're organised, great with engaging trades, scheduling workflows, and managing multiple projects.
With strong computer skills and familiarity with tablets and workflow management systems, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment. Plus, your exceptional time management and interpersonal skills will complement our team's collaborative spirit perfectly.
Must-haves: Relevant trade certificate/licence, A valid Driver's License, White Card and Working Safely from Heights Certification.
