We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead the proactive, day-to-day, and strategic management of a key retail asset. This role is responsible for delivering the centre's business plan, driving operational excellence, and fostering strong relationships with retailers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day centre operations to company standards.
* Deliver the centre's business plan and achieve financial performance targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders.
* Support an optimal tenancy mix and collaborate closely with the leasing team.
* Oversee budgets, financial reporting, rent reviews, and arrears management.
* Ensure compliance with legal, risk, and WHS requirements.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the centre management team.
* Maintain high presentation standards and manage maintenance, cleaning, and security contracts.
* Support marketing activities to increase foot traffic and sales.
* Drive ancillary income, including mall media, pop-ups, and activations.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
* Proven experience as a Senior Retail Manager or Centre Manager overseeing a large or complex shopping centre.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
* Demonstrated ability to meet financial targets, manage budgets, and control costs.
* Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, including working effectively with retailers, contractors, and internal teams.
