The Facility
The Ryan Mitchell Swim Centre is getting ready for another amazing season and we want you on our team.
Multiple roles
We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly individuals to join our team.
You will have a passion for safety around the water.
You should be energetic, energetic, outgoing and fun.
You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensure our patrons safely enjoy their visit every time.
Duty Manager
The Duty Manager’s primary responsibility is to co-ordinate day to day operations of the facility with the highest regard to safety and high-quality service delivery.
You must have a current Pool Lifeguard Certificate, Swimming Pool Water Treatment & Pool Operation Certificate.
Lifeguards
You will be responsible for the Day to Day Pool Operations within our facility and ensure that all areas both in and surrounding our pools is a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
You must have Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.

You are passionate about leisure and swimming, wanting to join a rapidly growing organisation.
The primary responsibility of our employees is to deliver exceptional customer service to our patrons ensuring it is in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
- Current CPR Certificate
- National Police Check clearance
- Relevant position qualification certificates

We know times are tough out there at the moment for everyone and having to pay for a qualification isn't easy.
So if you're still keen to join our company and become a Lifeguard or Duty Manager, we will be happy to pay for your qualification.
We run lifeguard, First Aid, CPR and swim teacher courses through Belgravia Academy.
Our qualified trainers and assessors will ensure you are fully trained and qualified to become a lifeguard.
