What You'll Need to Succeed (The Requirements): Proven field service experience with ATMs, gaming machines, or other electro-mechanical devices (e.g., printers, security systems, medical equipment). Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking. A professional and friendly customer service approach. The ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively. You must have your own reliable vehicle and a current, valid driver's license. The role requires the physical ability to lift and carry equipment up to 30kg.
