Risk Insights Specialist
A Risk Insights Specialist will play a pivotal role in uncovering valuable insights, sharpening risk practices and providing assurance for first line of defence teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate impact assessments and guide operational teams through implementation to support regulatory change.

* Deliver training and practical guidance to uplift obligations management across the business.
* Pull together high-quality analysis and reporting for senior stakeholders, ensuring key themes and trends are clearly understood.
* Identify root causes and translate complex information into meaningful recommendations by deep-diving into operational risk and compliance data.
* Review risk activities and help teams uplift their risk capability to strengthen quality and consistency across Line 1.
* Design monitoring and escalation approaches aligned with broader frameworks to spot systemic issues.
* Lead the Line 1 Community of Practice, maintaining a connected and aligned approach to risk management.
* Contribute to the IA risk profile, helping ensure key risks are understood, managed and kept within target.
Requirements:
* 5+ years working in compliance, risk, legal, audit or a related discipline within a regulated environment.
* Strong grounding in compliance frameworks and obligations management.
* A proactive mindset, someone who can seek clarity, break-down complex problems and lead initiatives, juggle competing priorities and deliver quality work independently.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, with the ability to facilitate and guide multiple divisions to reach a consensus.
* Confidence in interpreting complex data and turning it into valuable actionable insights.
* Hands-on experience using risk management systems to perform reporting and analysis.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry certifications (preferred but not essential).
