The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Wales Heavy Vehicle Repair.
As a Customer Service professional, you will be assisting and supporting our wider team and managers with administration support and providing our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs.
The role offers a permanent position, Monday to Friday.
Role Responsibilities
Ensuring the environment is always customer friendlyGreeting customers on arrival.Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehiclesContacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experienceTelephone and email correspondenceSupporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs
