Administration Officer Role
We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team at Brisbane, Australia. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at South Brisbane Campus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome patients with a positive attitude and maintain a welcoming reception area.
* Handle inquiries and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and courteous manner.
* Manage confidential files, records, and discussions with discretion.
* Provide administrative support with tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
* Liaise with various departments to foster smooth communication and workflow.
About You:
* Demonstrate proven experience in a similar role.
* Show strong organisational skills, including multitasking and prioritisation.
* Display high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
* Exhibit professionalism and maintain a positive attitude and demeanour.
* Be available for shifts across a 5-day working week between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
* Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
