The IT Manager leads the organisation's end-to-end technology function, including strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and vendor management to ensure secure and scalable operations. They partner with executive stakeholders to drive digital transformation, support multi-site growth, and deliver commercially focused technology outcomes.

Description
* Own IT Strategy – Develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned to business growth and objectives.
* Lead Cybersecurity & Privacy – Manage security strategy, compliance (incl. Essential Eight), incident response, and data protection.
* Oversee Infrastructure & Cloud – Ensure reliable, scalable IT environments across networks, servers, cloud, and devices.
* Manage Enterprise Applications – Support ERP, clinical systems, and digital platforms, ensuring performance, integration, and user adoption.
* Drive Vendor & Partner Management – Handle procurement, contracts, SLAs, and performance of IT service providers.
* Lead Digital Transformation & AI Initiatives – Deliver automation, system integration, and AI-driven improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
* Control IT Budget & ROI – Manage operating and capital budgets while ensuring cost optimisation and value delivery.
* Support Multi-Site Operations – Standardise IT across locations and enable growth, new sites, and acquisitions.
* Ensure Governance, Risk & Compliance – Maintain IT policies, risk frameworks, audits, and regulatory compliance (e.g. ISO 27001).
* Lead & Develop IT Team – Manage internal teams and vendors while building a strong, service-oriented IT culture.
Profile
* IT Strategy & Leadership – Ability to define and execute technology roadmaps aligned to business goals.
* Cybersecurity & Risk Management – Strong knowledge of security frameworks, data protection, and risk mitigation.
* Infrastructure & Cloud Management – Expertise across networks, cloud platforms, servers, and IT operations.
* Enterprise Applications (ERP & Systems) – Experience managing core business systems and application ecosystems.
* Vendor & Stakeholder Management – Proven capability in managing suppliers, contracts, and senior stakeholders.
* Digital Transformation & Automation – Track record of driving innovation, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.
* Financial & Commercial Acumen – Strong budgeting, cost control, and ROI-driven decision-making skills.
This role will require travel to Bendigo at least once a week.
