The Role This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone with 5 years’ experience who is ready to step up and lead from the front. You’ll combine technical expertise with people management and operational oversight. You’ll be responsible for: Reviewing and overseeing team output Managing your own select portfolio of SME clients Working closely with the Directors on strategy and client advisory matters Some exposure to SMSFs (beneficial but not essential) Managing workflow and driving efficiencies across the tax function This is more than just reviewing returns — it’s about shaping processes, developing staff, and influencing the direction of the division.
