Role Overview
Survey Officers will provide high‐quality support to households participating in the Post Census Review (PCR).

Engagement Period
From Early September until end of November
Hours of Work
Shifts available Monday to Sunday, between 7:00am and 11:00pm. Shift lengths range from 3 to 8 hours. Overtime rates apply for work after 7:00pm and on weekends.
Availability
A minimum of three shifts per week is preferred.
Eligibility
Australian citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound telephone enquiries regarding the PCR.
* Provide transparent and accurate information to assist respondents.
* Collect survey responses over the phone in a professional and impartial manner.
* Record interactions and data accurately using ABS systems.
Qualifications
* Robust communication skills and attention to detail.
* Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
* Experience in customer service, call centres, administration, or related fields.
