We are looking for a full-time Display Design Coordinator to join the team at our Gold Coast HQ.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering visually compelling, functional product and custom displays for our showrooms and exhibitions.
This role requires a blend of creativity, design expertise and technical skills to bring our brand vision to life through innovative and engaging visual presentations.
The successful candidate will work closely with our crucial stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, and Operations Teams) to ensure that all displays align with brand guidelines and customer expectations, enhancing the overall in-store experience and driving customer engagement.
What you will be doing:
Develop creative display concepts for showrooms, exhibitions, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Design layouts and floor plans that maximise product visibility and customer engagement.
Manage display projects end-to-end, from concept through to installation.
Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Work with in-house manufacturing to source materials and produce custom display elements.
Ensure all displays meet project timelines, budgets, safety standards and durability requirements.
Produce detailed technical designs using REVIT/Inventor/SketchUp.
Select and specify materials aligned with the design aesthetic and practical installation needs.
Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistent brand alignment and messaging.
Partner with Sales to support product priorities and promotions.
Liaise with Research and Development/Operations to ensure smooth logistics for installation, maintenance and removal.
Monitor existing displays and coordinate updates or maintenance as required.
Manage task budgets and provide insights for improvement based on customer feedback and sales data.
Stay current with visual merchandising trends, materials and technologies to drive innovation.
About You:
Strong sense of creativity and design, with the ability to conceptualise and execute visually striking displays.
Proficiency in design software such as REVIT (necessary), Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring displays are not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical and well-executed.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external vendors.
Ability to adapt and troubleshoot during the design and installation process.
Previous experience in Commercial Design, Interior Design, visual merchandising, exhibition design, or a display coordination role is preferred.
2+ years Revit documenting experience.
