Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to coordinate the servicing, repairs and parts management for our diverse fleet of vehicles, plant and equipment.
This is an 18-month contract position that will be based at our Operations Centre in Maddington.
Key Responsibilities:
* Program fleet and equipment into the system for scheduled maintenance
* Coordinate parts purchasing, including service kits and workshop materials
* Maintain accurate electronic workflows, service records, and asset registers
* Oversee inspection and repair schedules for fleet items
* Liaise with other departments to ensure timely servicing and compliance
Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you must demonstrate sound technical knowledge and experience in fleet scheduling or a similar role, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerised scheduling and business systems, and ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Essential Requirements:
A driver's licence is required for this position.
Desirable Requirements:
A mechanical trade certificate or relevant industry experience is desirable.
