About the Role

As our Influencer & Affiliate Manager you will play a key role in driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and community engagement through strategic partnerships and performance-led creator marketing. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for developing and scaling high-impact influencer, affiliate and TikTok Shop USA partnerships that align with Nutra Naturals’ brand values and commercial objectives.

The role oversees the end-to-end management of influencer, affiliate & TikTok Shop USA programs, including partner identification and recruitment, contract negotiation, campaign execution, performance optimisation, and relationship management. With a strong commercial focus, the Influencer & Affiliate Manager leads campaign strategy, creator briefing, affiliate incentives, and content approvals to maximise ROI across both partner and brand-owned channels.

Working cross-functionally with e-Commerce and marketing teams, the role leverages data and market insights to identify scalable opportunities, optimise performance, and build a highly engaged and authentic creator community that supports long-term brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and scale high-impact strategic partnerships aligned to brand and commercial objectives.

* Manage budget allocation and negotiate commercially viable partnerships to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and measurable impact against key business KPIs.

* End-to-end management of influencer, affiliate & TikTok Shop USA creator partners. Identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, ambassadors, and affiliate partners aligned with brand values and target audience.

* Lead on campaign strategies, influencer briefing, affiliate incentives and content approvals to maximise performance and ROI, with a focus on driving commercial outcomes on both partner and brand-owned channels.

* Foster long-term relationships with creators and affiliates to build an engaged and authentic brand community.

* Lead a high-performing affiliate program with competitive commission structures and incentives. Manage affiliate tracking, payment processing, content approvals and reporting.

* Use performance data and market insights to identify scalable opportunities inline with campaign and commercial objectives.

* Analyse campaign data to provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations to optimise influencer and affiliate activity.

* Collaborate with e-Commerce and marketing teams to maximise value of influencer and affiliate content.

* Ensure all influencer and affiliate content complies with advertising standards, disclosure requirements, TGA/FDA guidelines (where applicable), and brand policies.

* Support event activations, creator experiences and community-building initiatives involving influencers and affiliates.

Skills & Experience

* Proven experience in partnership management, influencer marketing, and affiliate management.

* Strong understanding of brand partnerships and the creator economy, including trends and best practices.

* Strong foundational knowledge of the influencer landscape across Instagram and TikTok, with a focus on health, wellness and FMCG.

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

* Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing tools to manage and analyse campaigns.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
