We are seeking an experienced and organised professional to join our team as a Scheduling, Events & Office Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
* Master rostering skills to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, families, and staff.

* Problem-solve on the spot and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
* Design engaging marketing materials and update our website and social media channels.
* Plan and coordinate events that bring our community together.
* Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality support services.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in the NDIS sector.
* Experience in rostering with Brevity Care Software or ability to learn quickly.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one.
* Minimum Cert III in Business Administration (highly desirable).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Microsoft Office proficiency.
* Creative skills and confidence updating websites and social media platforms.
