The Role
Goodwe has a dedicated team for Australia and New Zealand and are looking for a Business Development Manager based in NSW to join the Australia team, in-line with the company growth. This role will be focused on the NSW market.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop & execute effective sales strategies to acquire new customers
* Build & maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas
* Achieve & exceed individual & team sales targets
* Communicate effectively with clients, partners & internal teams
* Provide customer training & presentations
* Track performance, monitor sales progress & report on key metrics
Qualifications & Requirements
* Preferred minimum 3 years of working experience within the solar industry
* Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales target
* Reliable and self-motivated
* Strong Microsoft office skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* A friendly, positive and customer-driven attitude
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
