What You'll Be Doing
* End-to-End Site Management: Manage and control the complete lifecycle of multiple custom home projects.
* Quality & Standards: Ensure all work is completed to G.J. Gardner's exceptional quality standards and strictly complies with all building codes and regulations.
* Trade Coordination: Coordinate, schedule, and manage all trades and suppliers to maintain project timelines and drive site efficiency.
* Client-Centric Service: Act as the main point of contact for clients during construction, providing regular, high-quality updates and embodying our commitment to service excellence.
* Safety Leadership: Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work site, strictly upholding all WHS regulations.
What You'll Bring
* Supervision Experience is Essential: A strong understanding of site management and proven prior experience as a Construction Supervisor is critical.
* Custom Home Building Focus: Experience specifically within residential custom building is highly regarded, preferably with a background in premium or bespoke homes.
* Trade Background Preferred: A recognised trade background, e.g., carpentry, is a strong advantage, providing the practical knowledge needed to troubleshoot effectively.
* Drive and Quality Focus: A sharp eye for detail, a passion for safety, and the ability to hit the ground running with a proven track record of superior quality control.
