The Vessel Master is responsible for navigation, crew leadership, safety drills, and management systems as well as reporting requirements. Clear communication, physical fitness, and the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines are paramount in the role. As the position is based in Darwin, the successful candidate will need to be based locally or be willing to relocate to Darwin. About You We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and proven leadership skills to join our marine crew.
