Overview A Government Agency based in Sydney is seeking a visionary Chief Actuary to lead the development of internal actuarial capabilities and transition from a fully outsourced model to a hybrid operating model.

Key Responsibilities Design and implement a hybrid actuarial services model.Establish and lead an internal actuarial team.Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on scheme performance and risk.Develop actuarial models to support regulatory decision-making.Mentor and uplift capability across the organisation.Lead reform initiatives in workers' compensation and related schemes.
About You Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia (FIAA).
