Key Responsibilities
* Roll out the red carpet of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued from check-in to check-out
* Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and cohesive communication
* Conquer challenges alongside guests, transforming dilemmas into success stories and creating positive outcomes
* Promote hotel amenities and services by having a deep understanding of products and offerings, providing expert recommendations to enhance the guest experience
* Be the local legend, sharing knowledge of neighbourhood hotspots and must-visit gems to create memorable experiences for our guests
* Display proficiency in accurately handling reservations and managing guest accounts, ensuring efficient and effective management of guest stays
Requirements
* Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is highly desirable
* Innovative approach to exceeding customer service expectations and consistently delivering high-quality results
* Skilled at collaborating within teams, as well as working independently and adaptably to meet changing demands
* Proven ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure, supported by strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays as required
