About The Role
Redbank Plains State High School is seeking a passionate Vocational Trainer to deliver high-quality training and instruction in Senior Industrial Technology subjects. The role involves working closely with students, staff, and industry partners to ensure successful vocational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Deliver engaging and industry-aligned training in Senior Industrial Technology subjects, including Engineering Skills and Building and Construction.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and industry stakeholders to support career pathways and workplace learning opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Quality Framework and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) standards.
* Monitor equipment maintenance and manage consumable stock control to support program delivery.
* Maintain accurate documentation and records related to training and assessment activities.
This role would suit a motivated individual with a passion for vocational education and a commitment to preparing students for successful transitions to employment or further study.
