Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated team of florists, drivers, and support staff.
- Manage daily operations and inventory to ensure smooth, efficient workflow.
- Maintain our high standards of product quality and presentation.
- Coordinate logistics by planning deliveries and managing courier relationships.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and meet business goals.
- Plan and execute operations for major events like Valentine\'s Day and Mother\'s Day.
