About the Role:This role will lead the change component of a large OHS transformation program within a large and diverse organisation. The work will sit across two key areas, a systems implementation and a rebranding. This is a cultural and operational shift aimed at uplifting the profile, performance, and perception of health, safety, and wellbeing across the organisation. You will work on an initial 6-month contract (with potential extension), and play a key role in ensuring stakeholders at all levels are engaged, aligned, and supported throughout this journey. Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end change management for a broad OHS program of work.Drive adoption and awareness for the new system, ensuring it is effectively embedded into daily operations.Develop and execute a comprehensive communication and engagement plan to support behavioural change and uplift awareness.Design supporting materials, including SOPs, templates, tools, and guides to assist in the rollout and long-term success of the program. About You:Background or knowledge in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) is highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence across diverse stakeholder groups – from frontline to executive.Proactive, empathetic, and adaptable – someone who brings energy and purpose to change initiatives.Experience in working effectively with challenging stakeholders.
