You will
* Assist Project Managers in project scope and tender package inclusions
* Liaise with sub-contractor and suppliers assisting in sub-contractor tender analysis
* Document control
* Analyse, prepare and report on progress claims/schedules, variations, extension of time/delay up and down contract chain and liaise with clients/supplier/subcontractors
* Develop a plan outlining all contractual obligations and legal requirements KPIs throughout the project life cycle and regularly report progress
* Assist in cost forecasts and reporting.
Ideally you will have
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Local experience as a Contracts Administrator in an engineering/plant construction environment
* An understanding of Australian commercial and legal frameworks, familiarity with Australian Standard and top-tier contractor engineering/supply contracts
* Excellent oral and written negotiation and influencing skills.
