About The Role
Full‐time Return to Country Support Officer based in Alice Springs, Northern Territory. The position offers an hourly rate of $36.75 – $40.10 gross, depending on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
* Support program operations by working with clients and their families.
* Take bookings and respond to general enquiries.
* Help prepare trips and support vehicle maintenance, including servicing and cleaning.
* Drive the local "troopy" service around greater Alice Springs.
* Travel to remote communities, with potential overnight stays, as required.

Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural values.
* Experience in support and advocacy to Aboriginal families.
* Current manual NT Driver's License.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
* Strong communication skills and confidence to respond to queries on the phone and via email.
* Previous experience in an administrative capacity with intermediate computer skills.
Compliance Requirements
* National Police Check dated or lodged within the last 3 months of commencement.
* Current influenza vaccination.
* NDIS screening check or proof of application.
