We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a strong understanding of legislation and a customer-service-driven approach.

Responsibilities
This is a relationship-focused role, where clear and timely communication with landlords is key to delivering exceptional service.
You will manage a local portfolio based in the western suburbs, conducting ingoing and outgoing condition reports, overseeing routine reports, and making final decisions on rental applications.

$90,000 – $100,000 base salary

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in end-to-end portfolio management
Certificate of Registration or Certificate IV
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Professional personal presentation
